In the video taken on March 20, the female sanitation worker is climbing up a tree and using her hands to shake the branches. The goal is to let all the yellow leaves that are about to fall on the tree fall to the bottom so that she only has to sweep the road once.
Before that, the winds were constantly blowing, causing leaves on the trees to fall sporadically on the road.
