Due to the influence of cold air compressing the low pressure trench, from the evening and tomorrow night (March 26) to March 27, there will be showers and thunderstorms in the North, with moderate and heavy rain locally; The area from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue from early morning and on March 27 had scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds.

In the North and North Central, the night and morning turn cold with the lowest temperature commonly 17-20 degrees Celsius, in the mountains, there are places below 15 degrees Celsius.

From tomorrow night (March 26), the inland wind will change direction to the northeast at level 2-3, in the coastal area at level 3-4; In the Gulf of Tonkin from the early morning of March 27, the northeast wind turned strong at level 6, level 7-8, rough seas, and waves from 1.5-2.5m high.

From March 27, the northern sea of ​​the North East Sea area (including the northern sea of ​​the Paracel Islands) the northeasterly winds gradually increased to level 6, level 7-8, rough seas and waves. the sea is 2-3m high.
