Currently, the majority of F0 have mild symptoms and no symptoms. After being negative, the symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat… decrease, F0 begins to have a subjective mentality that thinks negative is cured and the disease does not progress seriously.

At that time, the patient did not continue to monitor his health, the SpO2 index – an important indicator to detect respiratory failure, lung damage, lack of oxygen.

The doctor said that the patient was negative or remained positive regardless of the severity – mild of the disease. Being mildly or severely ill is related to the body’s immune response to the virus.

If the body has a suitable immune response, can eliminate the virus, the symptoms are mild, F0 will be cured after 5-7 days.

If the immune response is disrupted, the body will overreact, causing a storm of cytokines and damage to organs. At that time, the patient may progress to the worse. Therefore, F0 needs to pay attention and monitor health to detect whether there are signs of damage causing respiratory failure by counting breaths, due to SpO2 and other indicators according to the guidelines of the Health sector. If there are abnormal symptoms, the patient should contact the doctor and be hospitalized immediately. F0 is only really secure when it is cured after the 10th day without showing signs of aggravation.

Cases of over-immunity usually occur on 6-10 days from the onset of illness. Therefore, negative F0 on days 5-7 should not be subjective but still have to pay attention to health monitoring for 10 days.
