The rest is the land area for construction of cultural houses, trees, traffic, technical infrastructure, social housing apartments, etc.

According to a Thanh Hoa city leader, the starting price for Auction land use rights are appraised by the Provincial Land Price Appraisal Council and approved by the Provincial People’s Committee in accordance with the provisions of law.
For residential projects along both sides of the road of the CSEDP project, the land price does not include the cost of investment in technical infrastructure. Auction winners have to invest their own capital to fully invest in all technical infrastructure works of the project, invest in building raw houses to be able to do business, so people need to learn about the project well.
