Previously, on March 14, after receiving the direction of the district to handle this land parcel, the town’s People’s Committee also demolished the self-opening roads and returned the land to its original state.
As for the land plot No. 1764, map sheet No. 1, TT. Dat Do is owned by Mr. Pham Minh C. Mr. C. has divided into 26 plots of land and the planning is agricultural land. However, at the time of survey, this land had a gravel road paved by the landowner himself, on the land there was a sign for sale of land. The report of Long Tan Commune People’s Committee said that on March 17, the commune inspected and discovered the pouring of stones to build roads on agricultural land in this area. Similarly, in the land plot No. 1107, the map sheet No. 15 also had a similar situation and the commune forced the land user to return the original condition.
Continuing to survey land plot No. 187, map sheet No. 9, Phuoc Long Tho commune by Mr. Nguyen Cong K. as the land user, district leaders noted, on the land parcel there is an unfinished dirt road. . Mr. Huynh Son Thai, Chairman of Dat Do District People’s Committee, said that the survey showed that the above land plots are agricultural land, land for growing annual crops and there is a situation of road construction on agricultural land contrary to regulations. Local authorities have also taken strict action against these violations. On March 24, basically the owners of these land plots had to comply with the remedial measures to return the original land to its original state.
Chairman of Dat Do District People’s Committee added that for land owners who have built roads on agricultural land illegally, the district directs the locality to make a record and force the landowner to return the original land.
As for the illegal subdivision and sale of plots on agricultural land, the district proposed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the branch of the district land registration office to petition the Provincial People’s Committee not to allow the division of plots for agricultural land lots without roads. For land owners who are on the list of violations in land transactions, the district will request the Land Registration Office Branch to suspend the handling of land-related procedures.
