Miss H’Hen Nie also said that the Miss Vietnam Ethnic Contest is an opportunity for contestants to perfect themselves, but also a bridge for them to promote their nation’s image to the world.

The appearance of Miss Earth 2021 Destiny Wagner in the middle of the show was a surprise, attracting all the attention.

Miss Vietnam Ethnicities is a beauty contest honoring the beauty of body, soul, intelligence and special talents of girls from 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam. The contest returns after 9 years with the principle of cultural connection between ethnic groups in Vietnam, contributing to the development of society.

The contest selects female citizens who are 18 to 27 years old, have a height of 1m60 or more, are unmarried and have a high school education.

In particular, the organizers will consider special education requirements for candidates who are from ethnic minorities because of difficult conditions but have not graduated from high school. Accordingly, these candidates can participate in the contest first, the organizers will facilitate completing their studies after the end of the contest.
