Argentina was one of the first countries in Latin America to establish diplomatic relations with Vietnam in 1973 and since that time, the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two countries has continuously developed.

Up to now, Vietnam and Argentina have become important partners of each other, cooperating comprehensively in all fields from politics, culture, economy, trade, defense, technology, education to education. environment, as well as support and support each other in international forums.
