Prosecution of a grocery store owner for assaulting a hospitalized female student

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, on the afternoon of January 16, L. and her friends went to Tinh’s grocery store to buy sewing needles for clothes.

Here, female student L. was outside looking after the car, and her friend went to Tinh’s grocery store to ask to buy 2 sewing needles. However, because Tinh said that she only sold the whole box, not individually, her friend L. went out and told this story to L..

Hearing that, this female student immediately said: “Why do you buy a lot to sew your mouth?” and then they both got in the car and left the grocery store. However, at this time, Tinh suddenly rushed from the shop to chase and pull L. down to the street, then kicked and kicked L. and his friend continuously.

After the incident, L. was taken to the hospital by her family for treatment and was diagnosed by doctors as having a concussion. After the treatment, it was found that female student L. had recovered, so the hospital sent her home.

However, relatives of L. said that despite being treated by doctors, since being discharged home, L. has continuously complained of headaches and panic. Recently, while going to school, L. had convulsions and vomiting, so her family took L. to a hospital in Nghe An for treatment, with the result of L.’s injury assessment of 6%.

Immediately after the incident, the family of female student L. also wrote a report to the authorities.
