According to Dan Viet newspaper, the victim was identified as Mr. V.Đ.L., born in 1966, residing in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong. The reason may be due to the lack of observation by Mr. L.
It is known that Mr. L. rides a motorbike on Highway 5 towards Hai Phong. At this point, Mr. L. stopped the car, walked over the barrier, then entered the railway track area and stopped to answer the phone.
