Stuck in the sewer, 15-year-old boy died

A 15-year-old boy in Dong Hoa town (Phu Yen) was stuck in a sewer pipe that serves to irrigate fields. When the police found him, the baby was dead.
This morning (March 26), the leader of the Dong Hoa town police department confirmed that an accident had just occurred in the area, killing Tran Hoang N. (born in 2007, residing in Dong Hoa town).
According to Dong Hoa town police, around 19:00 on March 25, the police received information from people that a teenager was stuck in the sewer pipe of the water pumping station.
The town police have informed the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Phu Yen province to send forces to the scene to rescue the victims.

After many hours of efforts, at 9:30 pm on the same day (March 25), the rescue force took N.’s body out of the sewer pipe of Dong Phan water pumping station (Uat Lam quarter, Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Bac Ninh province). , Dong Hoa town) and handed over to the family to take care of the aftermath.
The location where N.’s body was discovered is about 20 m from the mouth of the culvert, from the top of the culvert. This cement drain has a diameter of 40 cm. It is still unclear why N. fell into the manhole and died.
The Dong Phan pumping station management unit said that in the afternoon of the same day (March 25), the pump station workers saw three teenagers hanging around this area fishing and asked them to leave. However, after the group of workers finished eating dinner, they discovered a pair of slippers, so they reported it to the authorities.
