At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Investigation Police Agency issued Decision No. 300-50/QD on the prosecution of the accused, Order of arrest of the accused for temporary detention No. 300-04/LB and a search warrant for the accused. with Nguyen Phuong Hang, born in 1971, General Director of Dai Nam Joint Stock Company, residing at 17-19 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 about the above behavior.

Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Police are continuing to investigate and clarify the case to handle it in accordance with the law.

During the search process of two houses of defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang in District 1 and District 3 from the evening of March 24 to the morning of March 25, the Ho Chi Minh City Police seized many related documents and exhibits. to the case.

Accordingly, on the morning of March 25, the Working Group of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency and the People’s Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City completed a search of the house of defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang at 6. Nguyen Thong Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3.

During the police search, the representative of the accused’s family Nguyen Phuong Hang was also present to witness. After the search was completed, the police seized many evidences related to the case to serve the investigation.
