They are the 2nd and 3rd generation Vietnamese international students and youth students in Eastern European countries, carrying within them the precious tradition of “mutual love and mutual affection” of the nation. Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Nga is a young entrepreneur among many Vietnamese youths in Poland who volunteered to directly support people from Ukraine to flee. Officials of the Vietnamese Embassy in Poland, especially the youth force, did not manage day and night to support people in evacuation procedures; in which many cases do not have enough documents, ensuring the registration list for those who wish to return to Vietnam on relief flights.

In Hungary, the Vietnamese Embassy and community have welcomed and supported hundreds of overseas Vietnamese fleeing from Ukraine.
