Ukraine says it will not make concessions on territory and sovereignty

President Zelensky’s chief of staff also said that Ukraine will not accept any ultimatum, nor accept any agreement on Russian terms.
Earlier, on March 24, President Biden said that whether or not to make territorial concessions was Ukraine’s decision, but he did not think Kiev would do so.
On February 24, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine after receiving a request for assistance from the self-proclaimed People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. The Russian Defense Ministry stated that the operation only targets the military infrastructure of Ukraine and will do all possible to avoid civilian casualties.
