Previously, on March 12, in sub-zone 281, Yok Don National Park, in Cu M’lan commune, Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province, people discovered a corpse of unknown identity, background, dead. hanging in a state of decomposition, emitting a stench. The incident was then reported to the authorities.

Through the inspection of the scene examination and autopsies, the People’s Procuracy and the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department determined that this was a murder case, where the body was found to be a fake scene.

After 12 days of investigation, the functional forces identified the victim as Mr. LVN (SN 1974, residing in Cu Kbang commune, Ea Sup district). The perpetrator is Dao Thi Minh (Mr N’s ​​wife), and his mistress Ly Van Quan (Mr N’s ​​cousin).

Dao Thi Minh pointed out the place where her husband’s body was discovered because the two people set up a fake scene as a case suicidal.

At the investigation agency, the subjects confessed that on March 6, when Dao Thi Minh and her husband were going to the forest to find orchids in Kong Chro district, Gia Lai province, a conflict occurred. Annoyed by her husband’s beating, Dao Thi Minh contacted Ly Van Quan to plan to kill her husband so that they could both live together smoothly.

Then, around 6pm on the same day, I drove a motorbike to take my husband to the cashew garden in sub-zone 281, Yók Don National Park. Meanwhile, Quan was already here. Together, they committed murder and pretended to be a suicide.

According to the People’s Procuracy of Dak Lak province, between me and Mr. LVN had 5 children together, the oldest child is 20 years old and the youngest is 10 years old. The place where the body was found is more than 35km from their home.
