Now, I can relax and focus on studying for the high school graduation exam,” Thuan said.

However, this score does not guarantee Uyen to enter the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in the respective fields, because this school takes the standard score of approximately 900.

“I think the goal of entering the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City can reach 80%, so I will be confident and comfortable to review high school graduation, aiming for a higher school. I also plan to apply for a transcript in some schools. private university”, Uyen said.

At the exam point of the University of Natural Sciences, District 5, Nguyen Anh (Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Ho Chi Minh City) said that this year’s exam questions are quite difficult, with many questions beyond his ability. Nguyen Anh is confident in English, Math questions and problem solving.

Nguyen Anh predicts that he can achieve 800 points on this exam, enough to enter some of the top universities in Ho Chi Minh City. “In addition to the ability assessment test, the academic record, I also choose to take the IELTS certificate to enter the university, so the opportunity is very open,” the female student said.

According to statistics of the Ministry of Education and Training, this year there are about 20 methods College entrance. Currently, 84 universities and colleges use the results of this exam to enroll students, of which there are 10 member schools and faculties of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. The number of majors using exam results for admission is 1,266.

This year, the scale of the competency assessment exam organized by the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, is much larger.
