Information from Ninh Binh Provincial Police said, Around 5:00 p.m. on March 27, Ninh Binh City Police received a complaint from Mr. Pham Van Nam (SN 1954, in Chu Van An Street, Nam Binh Ward, Ninh Binh City) about his suspicions that his son was Pham Van. Dung (SN 1985 killed and hid the body of Ms. Nguyen Thi T. (SN 1992, in Nam Son ward, Tam Diep city) at home.

After receiving the report, the functional force detained Pham Van Dung to clarify the case.

Before going to the police station, Mr. Nam locked the door of the room to prevent Dung from escaping.

It is known that both the victim and the suspect are married. The two rent a house and live together as husband and wife in Ninh Binh city for about 1 year.
