Vy Oanh received the results of the denunciation settlement of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang

Talking with VietNamNet, Vy Oanh said that she and her representative lawyer had just had a working session with the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Police Agency at 10 am on March 27 about the case related to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang.

The Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Bureau announced the denunciation of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang by Vy Oanh.

Accordingly, the representative of the competent authority said that it had decided to restore the settlement of crime information, issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, and decided to prosecute the accused on March 24 with Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang on the crime of “abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals” specified in Article 331 of the Penal Code.

Vy Oanh said she was one of the individuals who filed a complaint and received a written response from the authorities about the incident. According to the singer, this decision is in accordance with the legal working process, helping to return justice to her when she was previously offended by Ms.

Vy Oanh and lawyer Ngo Huynh Phuong Thao have been pursuing the case against Ms. Hang for nearly a year.

“For the past year, I have struggled to regain justice for myself, my family and especially my children. Although there are times it is extremely painful to see myself and those around me being trampled on. but I always tell myself to be strong.

The filing of a complaint against Ms. Hang is the right thing to do when everything exceeds the moral and legal limits. Moreover, the nature of my case was 100% slander, so I persisted in pursuing it to the end. Until now, the results have been announced, making me feel relieved,” she shared.

The scandal between singer Vy Oanh and Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang started at the end of May 2021. The businesswoman held a livestream “reporting” Vy Oanh “swapping the concept” to hide the fact that she was a pair of giants, going to the US to surrogacy.

The female singer filed a denunciation and sent a lawsuit to court through her lawyer. Due to the pandemic, the lawsuit had to be delayed for many months. At the end of September 2021, Vy Oanh was invited by the authorities to serve the investigation.

Artists Hoai Linh, Thuy Tien, and Dam Vinh Hung also made a move to denounce Ms. Hang.

In addition to Vy Oanh, the artists who were humiliated and insulted by Ms. Phuong Hang through social networks (Facebook, YouTube) held livestreams like Meritorious Artists. Hoai LinhTrinh Kim Chi, singers Dam Vinh Hung, Thuy Tien also filed a denunciation with the same crimes as above.
