The subjects prosecuted include Nguyen Thai Trong (41 years old); Pham Thanh Linh (31 years old); Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (31 years old); Nguyen Thi Mai (27 years old); Nguyen Thi Xim (40 years old); Nguyen Thi Xuan and Nguyen Thi Thu both reside in Phu My town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

The Police Investigation Agency of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has arrested and detained 5 suspects, namely Trong, Linh, Thuy, Xim, Thu; and Nguyen Thi Mai and Nguyen Thi Xuan were released on bail.

Conducting a search of the workplace and residence of the subjects, the working group discovered and made a record of seizing many fake seals and seals of functional agencies in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province such as: Police of My Xuan ward, Department of Health, Medical Center of Phu My town with nearly 400 fake health certificates; diplomas and certificates of universities and colleges; papers and dossiers of registration for the driving test; title tags… and many tools used by the subjects to make fake papers.

Currently, the case is being investigated and handled by the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Police Department.
