However, at the appellate hearing, the trial panel rejected all of Mr. P’s claims because the donation contract did not include any conditions, so it could not be reclaimed.
Disagreeing with the decision at the appellate trial, Mr. P. made a request for cassation of the case. However, before the Lunar New Year in 2022, the old man and his wife died in turn and were buried in the same house.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi T. (the 5th daughter of Mr. P.) provided a clip of Mr. P.’s will while he was still alive. The old man wanted to be buried in the same house because it was the property that he and his wife had accumulated for decades, but because of the contract of giving in the late afternoon, he lost his son.
