According to the Center for Judicial Assessment of Vi Thanh District of Ham Duong City, the husband inherently suffered from high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, had some minor injuries on his body, high blood alcohol content, and died. due to acute circulatory failure.
The prosecutor said that the husband knew that he had high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, but still intentionally got drunk and then went to a public place to attack. The wife’s colleagues did not know the husband, so it was not possible to predict how the process of fighting would affect the heart disease. Anyone who is bitten on the face will defend themselves. Therefore, the male colleague’s actions are of course considered legitimate self-defense.
