On March 23, Mr. Nam was at home cooking rice for Dung when he saw Ms. Nguyen Thi Th. (30 years old, in Nam Son ward, Tam Diep city – Dung’s girlfriend) was also present here and had lunch.

In the evening of the same day, Mr. Nam returned, did not see Ms. Th. at home but the motorbike is still there. Mr. Nam asked his son Pham Van Dung (37 years old), Dung said that Ms. Th had gone home.

According to Mr. Nam, he went home 3-4 times every day but did not find anything. On the afternoon of March 27, Mr. Nam returned to the house to open the door and saw that his son was acting strange, there was water on the floor, so he asked, Dung replied to clean the house.

“Every day when I go out of the house, I lock the door, only Dung is inside, when my girlfriend comes, she has to call me to open the door to enter.

Another woman who lives next to the house where the crime happened said that she had not seen any unusual behavior from the house next door for many days. Yesterday afternoon, when she heard the news that Pham Van Dung had killed and dismembered the body, she felt very scared and could not sleep all night.

According to our records, in the morning of the same day, a shipper came to the scene and was surprised when the person ordering was the suspect who caused the shocking case.

In the morning of March 28, a shipper brought 5 liters of acid to fill a sulfuric battery (H2SO4) to Dung’s house, but the house was strictly sealed, so this person went home.

The shipper said that the person who ordered was Dung, who ordered 5 liters of acid to charge the sulfuric battery (H2SO4). “I’m just a delivery person, I don’t know when this item was ordered”. Currently, because there is no recipient, the shipper will bring the order back to the warehouse.

The package was brought to Dung’s house by the shipper.

Previously, information from Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that around 5:00 p.m. on March 27, Ninh Binh City Police received a denunciation from Mr. Pham Van Nam (SN 1954, in Chu Van An Street, Nam Binh Ward, City). Ninh Binh) about his suspicion that his son Pham Van Dung (SN 1985) murdered and then hid the body of Nguyen Thi T. (SN 1992, in Nam Son ward, Tam Diep city) at home.

After receiving the report, the functional force detained Pham Van Dung to clarify the case.

Due to a conflict, on the evening of March 23, Dung murdered Ms. T. and then lay next to the body until morning. The next day, Dung put the body in a pot (used to cook banh chung) and went to buy gasoline to burn, but when he saw the smell, he extinguished the fire.

At noon on March 25, Dung took the body to the bathroom on the first floor and put it in 02 plastic containers (available at home) and then dragged it to the second floor and hid it in a cupboard.

Before going to the police station, Mr. Nam locked the door of the room to prevent Dung from escaping. It is known that both the victim and the suspect are married. The two rent a house and live together as husband and wife in Ninh Binh city for about 1 year.
