The meaning of reading and learning from that graded answer is not only useful for students after the exam, but also professionally for teachers who foster good students,” said Mr. Hieu.

Mr. Hieu said he had sent many petitions to the Minister of Education and Training on this issue.

“I have suggested many times to the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training that it is advisable to publicly announce on official channels some of the exams of high-achieving candidates. This is a necessary job so that teachers who are teaching and fostering good students can read and learn how to do a quality test and get high scores. But in the end, it’s still there.
