Regarding the case of the murdered woman, the dismembered body in Ninh Binhon March 28, the Police Investigation Agency of the Public Security Ninh Binh province criminally detained Pham Van Dung (SN 1985, resident of Nam Binh ward, Ninh Binh city) to clarify the act of murder.

On the same day, talking to PV, a leader of the People’s Committee of Nam Binh ward said that Pham Van Dung has no criminal record, but is an addict in the locality.

“The subject has served in the army, is a professional soldier. However, later Dung became addicted to drugs, so he left the industry. Since being discharged from the army, Dung has rarely returned to his family’s house in Nam Binh ward, but has lived elsewhere. Where the tenants and temporary residents are, the locality is not clear,” this leader informed.

According to the leader of the People’s Committee of Nam Binh ward, Dung is married and has two children. After a period of drug addiction, the ex-wife could not live with Dung, so the two decided to divorce.

“Regarding the victim, as far as I know, this woman is also married and has not been divorced from her husband,” the leader of Nam Binh Ward People’s Committee added.

Before that, at about 5:00 p.m. on March 27, Ninh Binh City Police received a report from the Nam Binh Ward Police about Mr. Nam (Dung’s father) reporting content that suspected his biological son had murdered Ms. NTT (SN 1992). resident in Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh province) – Dung’s girlfriend.

During the investigation, the police agency determined that Dung and Ms. NTT were both married. The two became acquainted through social networks when Ms. T. came to Ninh Binh city to work as a hired worker, then a romantic relationship and rented accommodation together as husband and wife for about 1 year.

On March 23, Ms. T. went to Dung’s sister’s house to return the personal belongings that Dung had left at the motel room. Ms. T planned to return to Tam Diep city to live and work. However, Dung did not agree to let Ms. T return, so there was a conflict between the two. Dung kept Ms. T. staying and did not let her lover go.

At about 6:45 p.m. on the same day, the two continued to quarrel, leading to the climax of the conflict. At this time, Dung used his hand to strangle Ms. T. until the victim died, then Dung lay next to the victim’s body. At this time, there are only two people at Dung’s sister’s house.

On the morning of March 24, Dung went to buy gasoline to burn Ms. T.’s body, but then put out the fire. At noon on March 25, Dung divided the victim’s body and then hid it in the house to hide the crime.

On March 27, Mr. Nam (Dung’s father) came home, discovered Ms. T.’s motorbike at home but was nowhere to be found, suspecting that Dung had murdered Ms. T., he reported it to the police. Receiving information, the police force arrested Pham Van Dung shortly after.

The case is still being investigated and clarified.
