On the morning of March 23, because she did not want to rent a house in Ninh Binh city anymore, Ms. T. went to Pham Thi Tuyet’s house (Dung’s sister), in Nam Binh ward, to find and return Dung’s personal belongings.

At noon on March 25, the subject took the body to the bathroom on the 1st floor and put it in two plastic containers available at home and then dragged it to the 2nd floor. Here, Dung bought cement and poured it with water into two buckets. until solidified and stored in the refrigerator.

On March 27, Dung’s biological father, Mr. Pham Van Nam, came home to discover that Dung had abnormal psychological symptoms, saw Ms. T’s motorbike, but could not see anyone, so he went to the police station to report.
