After entering the bank, Hoai took out a gun and raised it to the ceiling, shouting “robbery” and repeatedly pulling the trigger, but the gun did not explode. Seeing that the gun did not explode, Hoai ran outside.

Hoai confessed that due to lack of money to spend, he had an intention to rob a bank. According to the authorities, Hoai is wanted by the Dak Lak Provincial Police for the crime of fraud and appropriation of property.
