At about 9:30 a.m., the police were present at a 2-storey house at 2, lane 38, Cong Loong street to conduct an investigation of the scene.

As reported on the afternoon of March 27, Ninh Binh City Police received a denunciation from Mr. Pham Van Nam about his suspicion that his son Pham Van Dung had killed and hidden the body of Ms. Nguyen Thi T. (30 years old). in Nam Son ward, Tam Diep city) at home.
