Comrade Le Hoa Binh, born on April 1, 1970, in Tinh Ha commune – Son Tinh district – Quang Ngai province.
Qualification: Civil Engineer, Master of Engineering.
Political qualification: Advanced political theory.
Mr. Le Hoa Binh, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee
From 1994 to 2014, Mr. Le Hoa Binh worked at Saigon Construction Corporation, Rodio Construction Company, Saigon Construction Inspection Company, Ho Chi Minh City Urban Upgrading Project Management Board. Minh , Management Board of Investment and Construction of Urban Upgrading Works in Ho Chi Minh City .
In December 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
In October 2015, he was elected as a member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, term X, term 2015-2020.
In March 2016, he was appointed Chairman of District 7 People’s Committee.
In April 2019, he was transferred to the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City and was appointed to hold the position of Director of this Department.
In October 2020, he was elected to the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term XI, term 2020-2025.
On December 8, 2020, at the 23rd session of the People’s Council of Ho Chi Minh City, term IX, he was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee for the 2016-2021 term.
On June 24, 2021, at the 1st session of the People’s Council of Ho Chi Minh City, term X, he was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
On December 25, 2021, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City decided to assign him to be the Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee, in charge of helping the Chairman of the City People’s Committee in directing, handling documents, daily work and assigning the deputy owner. Chairman, member of the City People’s Committee attends the activities of the central agencies, the City Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, agencies and units of Ho Chi Minh City.
