Even if it’s ten kilometers out of the city, it’s difficult to buy, so it’s reasonable for many people to hold half a billion dong in their hands and not be able to buy land to build a house at this time,” Bac said.

According to Mr. Nam, people in the commune have sold a lot of upland fields, even frontage land on major roads, creating an unprecedented land fever and the land buyers mainly come from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh and Buon Ma Thuot.

“Last year, the price of road surface land was only 60 million VND/m2, but this time on Highway 14 has increased to 200 million VND/m2, “said Mr. Nam.
