I just bought a house in town, surrounded by many amenities such as market, hospital, school. I want my parents to live there, the land around the house is enough for my parents to grow vegetables and raise chickens. Parents have a small area of ​​swidden land, income is not much, do not want their parents to be 70 years old, but have to go to the garden to be sunny and windy, the accommodation is far from the center, the facilities are lacking enough roads.

I plan to tell my parents to go to town to live and sell the farmland, use that money to buy a house in Saigon and rent it out. Rent money parents use to spend. If I have money left over from selling farmland, I’ll buy more land in the suburbs to keep it there. Do I think so?
