“Buying a plot of land and meeting the first owner can make a profit of 100-150 million dong. Our team has more than 10 lots left unsold and waiting to be re-pinned. Initially, I looked for the original land owner, then went to a reputable local floor to write a deposit and authorization. The longer the deposit lasts, the higher the profit and the risk is avoided,” said Mr. Danh and his team.
