Mr. Trinh Van Quyet was arrested, Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen sat in the “hot seat” of FLC, Bamboo

According to the notice of FLC, after Mr. Trinh Van Quyet was arrested, in order to limit any risks that may arise and ensure the regular operation of the group, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet authorized Ms. Vu Dang Hai. Yen, Deputy General Director of FLC Group.

Accordingly, Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen will represent and represent Mr. Trinh Van Quyet to perform the duties and rights of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company; as well as all shareholder rights in the two enterprises mentioned above in accordance with the law and the company’s charter.

At the same time, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet also authorized Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen to have all rights related to the properties and property rights owned by Mr. Trinh Van Quyet.

Ms. Yen is a Doctor of Law economy and used to be a lecturer and deputy head of the Commercial Law Department – Hanoi Law University. Before working at FLC, she was the Head of Legal Department of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC).

Ms. Yen is a person who has held many senior leadership positions of the group and a number of companies in the FLC ecosystem. During her working history at FLC, Ms. Yen has been appointed to the position of Deputy General Director twice.

Specifically, in the period 3/2017 – 4/2018, Ms. Yen was the Deputy General Director and the information announcer of FLC, then was assigned as Assistant to the Board of Directors. In addition, Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen used to hold the position of Head of Legal Department of FLC.

In addition, according to the introduction of FLC, Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen also directly directed the management of legal activities, researched and implemented legal policies in the group and its member units; Management of medical and hospital operations; Directly manage and administer the Legal Department. Ms. Yen also directly manages and operates business activities at SMiC Law Firm and FLC Social Charity Company Limited.
