No one is poor if they open their eyes and absolutely “don’t be greedy”

Jews always remind themselves: “Business must not have a narrow vision, must not be greedy.” The reason why the Jews can become “the number one businessman in the world” is because of their inquisitive spirit and unique audacity.

The Jewish business mind never suffers losses: No one is poor if they widen their horizons and absolutely don't be greedy - Photo 1.

In the Talmud there is a story: A Jewish merchant came to a town to find a source of goods. He heard that some items will be on sale in the next few days, so he decided to import a large amount of them. He carried a lot of cash, the bank was far from town, if he carried that money everywhere, it would be both heavy and unsafe.

So he found a secluded place around no people and dug a hole to bury the money. However, when he returned to the place the next day, he discovered the money was gone.

He stood there and started to recall yesterday, when he buried the money around there was no one, he accidentally looked up and discovered that there was a house in the distance, the window of the house was opposite where he buried the money.

He suddenly thought, could the owner of this house see that he was burying money, then took his money? If this is the case, how will you get your money back?

The businessman went to the house, saw a man in the house, he politely asked: “Hello, I have a difficult problem to solve. I think people living in the city will have a very flexible mind, so want to please help me, are you free now?”

The man agreed immediately: “I’m free, feel free to ask me anything.”

The merchant said: “I am a foreigner, come here to import goods, I bring two bags of money. One bag contains 500 taels of gold, the other bag contains 800 taels of gold. I have buried the smaller bag in an empty place. Who knows The question now is, should I keep burying the big bag or leave it with someone I trust to keep it.

The owner of the house replied: “I don’t think anyone is really trustworthy. If it were me, I would bury the big bag in the same place as the small bag.”

After the businessman left, this man immediately took out the dug bag and buried it at the original location. The merchant waiting not far away immediately returned, dug up the bag, so he got back 500 taels of gold.

This businessman is indeed very smart. Humans have greed. Jewish businessmen take advantage of human greed to regain what was lost, this is also a lesson for greedy people.

Do not be greedy for what does not belong to you, because greed will create opportunities for others; Don’t be afraid to face greedy guys, as long as you are willing to use your brain to find his “weakness”.

A lot of people carry the mentality of greed and selfishness, as long as they earn money, the rest don’t think about others. Many people just because of greed, not only can’t get profit, but also lose their capital.

Hope you can put aside your greed and learn the Jewish business wisdom.
