The accident happened around 7:30 am on March 29, on the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong highway, the section through Ben Luc district, Long An province.
At that time, 7-seat cars circulated on Trung Luong highway towards Tien Giang. When arriving at Km 21 + 700 (Ben Luc district), this vehicle suddenly blew a tire, crashed into the upper divider in the emergency lane and then flipped sideways.

One of them was seriously injured.
