Dyson launches noise-cancelling headphones and air-purifying masks
Dyson brand recently introduced an air-purifying headset model called Dyson Zone. Basically, this product works like a wireless headset but also has the air filter function of the air filter masks currently sold on the market. Dyson Zone was created by simulating human breathing in an enclosed space, measuring the level of pollution in the nasal cavity and throat to determine the efficiency of air filtration. According to Dyson, the product was developed over 6 years with more than 500 prototypes tested, from which to find the best design, for the most comfortable wearing feeling while maintaining efficiency.
While the headphones may seem unrelated, Dyson used the earcups to place a compressor inside, which sucks the air in through a 2-layer filter, capturing 99% of pollutants, particles as small as zero. ,1 micron particles such as dust, pollen, bacteria and irritants, and then directs a stream of purified air to the wearer’s nasal cavity and mouth through the contactless visor. It can be seen that Dyson designed the headset and related parts to support the air purification process.
Dyson Zone has 4 air purification modes: low, medium, high and Auto mode. Different levels will depend on different breathing rates. The product uses an accelerometer to detect missed beats.
Not only that, but Dyson says that the Dyson Zone can provide good sound quality thanks to its wide frequency response, left-right balance, able to reproduce sound bands lower than the threshold of the human ear, from which produce the most realistic sound quality.
Dyson Zone also integrates an active noise cancellation and cancellation system through a recording microphone system with 3 modes: Isolation, Conversation and Transparency.

– Conversation mode: when you pull up the visor, the device will automatically turn off the filter mode to save battery power and expand conversations
