Controversies when making projects

Real estate projects under Mr. Trinh Van Quyet were also involved in scandals. Specifically, the FLC Garden City project with an area of ​​​​7.8 hectares with a total investment of 3,500 billion VND, is located in Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi. Due to the construction of work items without a construction permit, FLC Garden City has been suspended from construction by local authorities and twice fined 40 million VND on May 13, 2015 and administrative fine of 50 million dong after that.

At FLC Sam Son, Thanh Hoa and Nhon Ly projects (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh), inspection conclusion No. 265 dated June 16, 2017 signed by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Construction, clearly indicated a number of issues. problem.

Regarding planning, on May 4, 2013, Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee approved the golf course planning in Decision No. 1421 11 months before the Prime Minister agreed to add it to the list of Vietnamese golf course planning. As for the FLC project in Binh Dinh, the inspection conclusion indicated that there are still 5 works in the project that have not yet been granted a construction permit. In addition, the Provincial People’s Committee approved the project of a golf course, resort, resort and entertainment villa in Nhon Ly at the rate of 1/500, which is not suitable for the 1/2000 project.
