Mr. Trinh Van Quyet (born 1975, hometown of Vinh Phuc) is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the FLC Group Joint Stock Company with assets of up to VND 22.7 trillion, the 9th richest person on the Vietnamese stock exchange (as of today) 2020).
From lawyer to real estate billionaire
Mr Quyet was born into a poor civil servant family in an ancient land. After graduating from high school, he went to Saigon to study and repair electronics. Two years later, he has little capital to continue his dream of continuing his education.
The tycoon chose to take the entrance exam to Hanoi Law University. “During the days of struggling to study for the exams in the Capital, all my dreams back then were just university gates. Regarding the real estate business opportunity, Mr Quyet once said that it was his legal consulting work that helped him move into this segment. After several successful projects, the giant Vinh Phuc founded Truong Phu Fortune Investment Co., Ltd. with a capital of up to 18 billion VND. Two years later, the company turned into an FLC Joint Stock Company – this is considered a turning point in its founding process.
Mr. Company Quyet has launched a series of ecotourism resorts – golf courses in many provinces such as Thanh Hoa and Binh Dinh. From “land” business to “sky” investment
Bamboo Airways was granted a flying permit by the government on 9 July 2018 with an initial rental capital of 700 billion VND, then increased to 1,300 billion VND.
