Since then, I have also affected the image of Da Lat people more or less, making the online community not have a favorable view for Da Lat tourism… We would like to draw from our experience and try to welcome guests thoughtfully. , friendly to contribute to building Da Lat into a civilized, polite, gentle and hospitable city,” wrote Ms. Tinh.

Regarding the view of the Department of Culture and Information, Mr. Kiet said: If based on the Code of Civilized Tourism Conduct, the above behavior of HEN restaurant is not appropriate. On the other hand, in order to promote the good tradition of Da Lat people, tourism service businesses should operate under the motto “please come and please customers” rather than behave arrogantly to become hot.

Discovering the video recording, some people of the shop shouted “go away”, “get out”, say “you-tao”, swearing, swearing … and aggressively attacked the leader of the group. Fortunately, many young people in the group promptly intervened.
