The North welcomes cold air

From tomorrow night, cold air will spread to the North, bringing the temperature down 5-7 degrees in the next 4-5 days, the lowest in Hanoi is only 13-18 degrees Celsius.

Page Accuweather According to the US forecast, tomorrow Hanoi will be 19-28 degrees, by Friday when the cold air will fall to 16-20 and Saturday will continue to drop to 13-18 degrees Celsius. Sa Pa high point Saturday is cold 6-11 degrees Celsius. Three days later, the daytime temperature rises sharply to 24-28 degrees, at night it remains 14-19 degrees Celsius.

Cold air will spill over to the Central Central region, combined with a low pressure trough with an axis of 10-12 degrees north latitude, causing rain for the Central and Central Highlands from this afternoon to April 2. The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting forecasts that the provinces from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will rain 200-350 mm, in some places more than 400 mm.

Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa rain 150-250 mm, in some places over 300 mm. Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Central Highlands rain 100-150 mm, in some places over 200 mm.

Due to heavy rain, from March 31 to April 2, rivers from Quang Binh to Binh Dinh are likely to experience flood at alarming level 1, especially rivers in Quang Ngai raise alarm 2. Risk of occurrence flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas, flooding in low-lying areas, riverside, urban areas in the provinces from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh and the Central Highlands.
