Unlike previous events, which were condemned for causing disorder and violating epidemic prevention regulations, AniAni Festival is considered by most fans to have better rules and management. The organizers have proactively introduced regulations to prevent the epidemic, guide event participants and ensure the 5k rule. In it, attendees will have to have a PC-Covid scan and take their temperature. This activity has taken place since early morning when the stream of offline attendees of Kim Dong Publishing House arrived. The organizers also actively contacted the ward committee to support the organization and maintain order, ensuring that there was no disturbance.

Although there are still many shortcomings in ticket checking, or the arrangement of key booths, it is not difficult to recognize BTC’s efforts in this event. Compared to recent offline manga events, AniAni Festival has paid more attention to safety, order and epidemic prevention. This is something that any BTC Festival needs to put on top.

Another plus point for AniAni Festival is the event booths. The stalls were all considered to be quite good, the items were not “burned” after opening for sale, but they were not sluggish but were interested by many participants. Participants also had a sense of queuing and purchasing in an orderly fashion, without encountering chaos, jostling, or tug-of-war.

However, some readers still think that some stalls are not arranged properly. Kim Dong Publishing House’s booth is still a bit small compared to the crowded fan base, needs a larger booth and more staff. The stalls should also pay more attention to the number of hot-selling items to avoid “out of stock”.

AniAni Festival’s VIP ticket package also received a lot of good feedback from event attendees. These tickets allow shoppers to purchase discounted goods and make it easier to purchase certain “hot” items. The organizers have also decided to stop selling tickets so as not to affect the experience of guests on the event premises. The smooth and undisturbed activities are a very welcome feature of AniAni Festival.

Perhaps, AniAni Festival is aiming to organize larger events, similar to Comicket. Besides safety and quality, beauty is also one of the things that major festivals must consider. Although this is the first season, but AniAni Festival has an event mascot, with many accompanying items with a unique concept, with an investment. Small scenes and food stalls also attracted many participants, with a series of bold Japanese decorations.

The festival has the participation of many large and small publishers, international brands and many exchanges between fans and guests. Therefore, the stage in AniAni Festival plays no small role. According to fans, the event was very invested in the stage decoration to the exchange content. These exchange activities are of great interest to many young people, unlike most festivals that revolve around cosplay or art performance, which easily causes loss of interest.

Overall, AniAni Festival did a great job in organizing the event, even though this is the first season. Many readers hope that the event will continue to be held in other locations, such as Hanoi or Phu Tho Stadium to reach more fans. If the criteria of safety, order and quality are maintained, AniAni Festival will certainly receive more support in the future.
