Subjects include: Dao Viet Hoang (SN 2001), Ngo Viet Dung (SN 1995), Diep Huu Tin (SN 2001), To Xuan Tung (SN 1999), Doan Trong Truong (SN 2001, both residing in Cam Pha City) , Le Viet Anh (SN 1993) and Dao Minh Phuong (SN 2000, both residing in Ha Long City).

Previously, at 0:00 on March 28, the police of Cam Thinh ward, Cam Pha city, conducting an administrative check at room 505 of Duc Thinh hotel (group 2, zone 3, Cam Thinh ward) discovered 7 subjects with Le. Thi Ngoc Ha (born in 1993, residing in Ha Long City) and Nguyen Thi Huong (born in 2002, residing in Phu Tho province) are listening to music with high capacity, showing signs of drug use.

The group of people who use illegal drugs are detained

The functional force seized at the scene 1 set of tools used to play music (Dj table), 1 wooden tray inside containing white powder, 3 small plastic bags inside with white powder, 2 packs blue color, on the package is written CRISPY FRUIT.

The group of subjects admitted that the pigments were all ketamine, 2 blue packets, on the package were written CRISPY FRUIT as strawberry juice (also known as funny water).

At the police station, the subjects confessed that on the afternoon of March 27, after eating Hoang’s wedding party, the whole group invited each other to Duc Thinh Hotel to organize the illegal use of drugs. The group discussed buying drugs, renting DJ tables and speakers to listen to music.

Based on the investigation results, the Cam Pha City Police Investigation Agency issued an urgent arrest warrant for 7 subjects. As for the other two subjects, Huong and Ha, the investigation agency is continuing to consolidate documents and evidence for handling in accordance with the law.
