According to the indictment, Le Thi Dieu My rented an accommodation facility Ly’s spa on Tran Bach Dang street and Haya hotel on Phan Liem street (My An ward, Ngu Hanh Son district).
Around October 2019, Tran Thi Thanh Tra got to know My through the social network Facebook. My opened a Diamond karaoke bar at 130 Nguyen Van Thoai street, so I invited Tra to help in the business and share 10% of the profit with Tra.

In January 2020, Tra moved in with My and worked as a manager at Ly’s spa accommodation. Tea’s income comes from trading and brokering for Chinese guests to come to karaoke bars in the area to enjoy 10 to 20 percent of the commission.
In June 2020, My hired Nguyen Thanh Hang as a manager for Ly’s spa accommodation with a salary of 5 million VND/month.
During the period from July 23, 2020 to July 30, 2020, Le Thi Dieu My and Tran Thi Thanh Tra organized many times for 13 Chinese people without illegal entry visas to stay at the establishment. stay and massage Ly’s spa & Apartment. And Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang acts to help My, Tra.
The jury sentenced Le Thi Dieu My to 9 years in prison, Tran Thi Thanh Tra 8 years in prison, Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang 5 years and 6 months in prison.
