Objects widely promote the information that Hoang Long Company is cooperating in investment, building many projects in many provinces and cities and promising many people that the company will pay principal with high interest if they agree. capital contribution.

In order to build trust, Kien and his accomplices organized many seminars and posted news on the website. Also, hire many foreigners as conference speakers.

Under the name Hoang Long Company, this group built a software to raise money and pay interest to victims. Objects update the software with “virtual” content, such as the amount of capital contribution, the monthly profit investors receive…

After that, Kien directed his accomplices to give investors an ID code (personally identifiable information) to use the above software. With an ID code, capital contributors can track the investment amount, the amount received.

Since then, many people believe that Hoang Long Company is operating in a very transparent and profitable business.

With the above tricks, the criminal group put many people “in the loop” and then appropriated the capital contribution.

Only 6 months, 161 investors were naive, hoping for a profit prospect, so they invested a total of more than 102 billion VND in Hoang Long Company.

According to a representative of the People’s Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, the defendants committed organized crimes when assigning responsibilities and closely colluded during the implementation of fraudulent tricks.

In the case, Nguyen The Kien is the leader. This defendant directly directs, manages, assigns work as well as decides on the use of the appropriated money.
