China: A county ordered to kill all pets in the house of people with COVID-19
The local government in a city in northern China has ordered the killing of all pets in the homes of people with COVID-19.

Half of Shanghai – which has a population of about 26 million – was locked down earlier this week after thousands of new cases were recorded in the country’s most populous city. The other half will be locked down on April 1.
Hebei province, where Langfang is located, has recorded hundreds of new COVID-19 cases daily in recent weeks, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention said.
