Gasoline price decreased by more than 1,000 VND/liter from 0:00 on April 1, oil price increased
The Ministry of Industry and Trade – Finance has just decided to adjust gasoline and oil prices. Normally, the new petrol price adjustment period usually takes place at 3pm on the 1st and 12th of every month. However, in this period, the operating agency changed the time earlier to coincide with the time of applying reduction of petroleum environmental protection tax. Specifically, 0:00 on April 1 is the time to apply the environmental protection tax reduction for gasoline from 700 VND to 2,000 VND/liter (kg), depending on the type.
After adjustment, the price of E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than 27,309 VND/liter (down 1,021 VND/liter compared to the current retail price).
RON95-III gasoline is not higher than 28,153 VND/liter (down 1,039 VND/liter compared to the current retail price).
0.05S diesel oil is not higher than 25,080 VND/liter (an increase of 1,447 VND/liter compared to the current retail price).
Kerosene is not higher than 23,764 VND/liter (up 1,519 VND/liter compared to the current retail price).
Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S is not higher than 20,929 VND/kg (an increase of 506 VND/kg compared to the current retail price).
