In which, Lam Ha district leads with 3,077 plots of land plots successfully transacted through notarization. Next is Di Linh district with 1,826 plots of land; Duc Trong district with 1,648 plots of land; Da Lat city with 1,162 plots of land; Bao Lam district with 1,105 plots of land.
Regarding the number of individual housing transactions in Lam Dong province in the first quarter of 2022, there was also an increase in fluctuations compared to the fourth quarter of 2021. Accordingly, in the first quarter of 2022, Lam Dong province recorded 899 individual houses with successful transactions with a total sale price of 1,934 billion VND.
