Hoang Anh used to be the Miss wearing the best dress in the elegant Police School Girl contest, and the Charming Miss in the ‘IMiss Thang Long 2009’ contest.

Born into a family with a tradition in security, Pham Ngoc Hoang Anh (born in 1990) was also quickly exposed and oriented from an early age.

When she was still a student, Hoang Anh also participated in the contest ‘IMiss Thang Long’ in 2009. At that time, Hoang Anh entered the top 5 and won the Miss Charming award of the contest.
