So how does a Bat-Signal light work in practice, YouTuber Hacksmith group, with nearly 12.5 million followers, gave the most convincing answer with their new project: Create a super giant Bat-Signal, weighing nearly half a ton, with the ability to project Batman’s logo up to about 1 km in the night sky.

Basically, Hacksmith took advantage of the working mechanism of the convex lens to handle the above projection problem.
