Nam Tu Liem District Fire Police said that the fire area at the parking lot on the first floor, belonging to a high-rise building, has concrete and reinforced concrete structures, with a floor area of about 170 m2.
The fire was extinguished after 30 minutes. The functional forces brought 5 injured people (including 4 children) to the emergency room in time, safely rescuing 7 people trapped on the rooftop.
