It is known that this truck departed from Thieu Hoa district (Tainan city), transporting pig organs to Van Lam district for processing into food. However, because the rear door of the truck compartment was not closed properly, it caused the internal organs to spill out when the vehicle moved across the Luan Tu Bridge.

Truck drivers will be fined from NT$3,000 (VND 2.3 million) to NT$18,000 (VND 14.3 million) for violating the road traffic management law.
