For people who do not have information about injections on the National Immunization System, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung suggested that people send feedback to the National Immunization System for updated data or contact the agency directly. vaccination department to be updated. If there is no data on the system, no vaccine passport will be issued.

Vaccine passports will technically be valid for 12 months. After this period expires, the system will automatically generate a new QR code. Vietnam’s vaccine passport QR code uses standards issued by WHO and EU.

“In case the vaccination certificate is lost but the information on the system has been updated, it will not affect the issuance of the vaccine passport.“, said Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ announcement, as of March 17, 17 countries have accepted Vietnam’s vaccine passports, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Japan, Australia, and Belarus. , India, Philippines, Cambodia, Maldives, Palestine, Turkey, Egypt, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Singapore, Saint Lucia and South Korea.
